Pinewood Kennels is a pet boarding and grooming facility. We care for your pets as if they were our own! We will work with any accommodations you may have for your pet while they stay with us! A Brief History
Previously known as Thundering Paws, Pinewood Kennels has been in business for over 20 years! The current owners, Dustin and Lisa Hill, took over in December 2017. Dustin has been a K9 handler for the Wahpeton Police Department for 10 years and Lisa, an avid pet lover, has owned dogs her entire life. With four dogs of their own, your pets will never be lonely! We take special care to give each dog personal attention during their stay. Cadence, Dustin’s 9 year old daughter, is a favorite among dogs and owners! She can often be seen playing with the dogs and giving tours of the kennel! Pinewood Kennels is truly a family run business.
